I have noticed on my own video review of practice hitting sessions, although often I “think/feel” I am making contact in front (and it’s definitely what I am trying to do!), often in fact the ball is to my side. Other times I definitely feel cramped or tight…then of course the video confirms the contact point was not in front of me.
I will look at the other course content on this. if you have comments or other links to your content that is not in the course, that would of course be welcome. Best wishes.
